In my opinion the following research resources and facilities are available at IBA for our faculty. Please feel free to add, or comment on any of the following:
1. IBA Business Review (research journal)
2. Publication and Research Committee (PRC)
3. Evaluation mechanisms for faculty at IBA (research and teaching evaluation)
4. SMART goals (to be decided by faculty at start of each calendar year)
5. Research grants (IBA, HEC, ITC R&D, etc)
6. Promotion rules
7. Appraisal System for faculty (research component is prominent)
8. Post Graduate programs (MS & PhD)
9. Research Labs at IBA
10. Research Centres IBA
11. RAships available.
